Bear Mountain Ranch is located in northwestern Colorado, between Steamboat Springs and Kremmling on US

Highway 40. The elevation at the Arapaho Lodge is

approximately 8,900 feet above sea level. We suggest

to those coming from lower elevations to take it easy the

first day or so, drink lots of water, and eat lots of carbohydrates.

Directions from Airport to Ranch:

Take Pena Blvd to I-70W

Take I-70 W approximately 80 miles

Take exit 205 (CO-9 N; Silverhorne)

Take CO-9 N / Blue River Pkwy (right) approximately 37 miles

Turn left on Hwy 40 / E Park St. and continue approximately 25 miles to Bear Mountain Ranch

Bear Mountain Ranch will be on your right side, a half mile past mile marker 161
